Refund Policy
OVERVIEW
While we strive to offer the best possible products and services to our customers, from time-to-time, you may need to process a refund or exchange. We highly encourage our customers to give the products a chance and experience the benefits and enjoyment of our products. We also track and monitor return and exchange abuse and we reserve the right to service customers who engage in such practices.

SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY
We have a no return or exchange policy on our products such as plans, documents, templates, drawings and downloadable tools and forms. Once Intellectual Property (IP) has been purchased, it is owned by the customer and applied to their business process and procedure as intended.
Should you terminate/close or end services with Unilogic Systems, your Retainer plan refunds will be (a) honored a full refund if Services haven’t been applied to your account, or (b) partial refund on the of unused sessions of balances for retainer deposit.
To be eligible for a return, you must be an existing customer on record with our company. You’ll also need the order number on your receipt as proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed in the same manner as original payment. If a refund cannot be processed due to limitations of a merchant or payment intermediary, a check will be issued to the account holder organization on record on the original invoice/receipt.
To start a return, you should use our on-line form to process a refund or exchange request. You can find this form under the “Contact Us” page. If you would like to send us a refund related email message, you may write us to on our online contact form.
To process a refund or exchange, you will need your order number, an explanation for return, and any supporting attached documentation. Please note that tangible, physical returns will be processed with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RMA will not be accepted and/or processed.

SECTION 2 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SECTION 3 - EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like templates, documents, drawings, plans, blueprints, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Some products may carry a non-refundable policy as outlined in the product description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

SECTION 4 - GIFT CARDS, PROMOTIONS AND SPECIALS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES
Unless otherwise stated and approved, no exchanges are permitted.

SECTION 6 - EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated and approved, no refunds or exchanges are permitted, unless it relates to a Retainer Plan.

SECTION 7 - REFUNDS
Refunds for full or partial Retainer Plans will be processed back to customers in the same manner as received. In case that’s not possible due to merchant limitations and restrictions, a check will be mailed to the customer address and contact information on record on the invoice or receipt.

Refund may take up to 14 days to process, and additional time of transit of refund check back to client.

SECTION 8 - REFUND AND EXCHANGE ABUSE
We understand that on occasion, a customer may experience a reasonable issue with a product or service, and a refund may be issued if the product is covered for a refund or exchange.
Limitations are placed where customers, who engage in repeated orders with refunds and exchanges, may be denied service and their account may be shut down with no warning or notification.
Such activities are damaging to our partners, vendors, our business and other customers, therefore we encourage our customers to order wisely, enjoy our products and services and enjoy a mutual relationship by growing our community and creating a joyful experience for everyone.
